  • Analysis of materials.
  • Error correction.
  • Evaluation: how to measure the degree of acquisition of the contents covered.
  • Delivery of a class observation agenda and a final task by your tutor.
  • Teach the last two days of class a series of contents assigned from Monday.
  • Preparation of the final sessions.
  • Participation in classes and teaching of the contents assigned to groups made up of adolescent students of various nationalities.

Throughout the years we have seen how many teachers of Spanish have experienced a stagnation in their level of knowledge due to multiple factors: most of their students move between levels A1 and B1, lack of options at home to maintain and improve their Spanish, lack of free time to dedicate to further develop their skills, and so on.
This is a highly practical course, especially designed for teachers of teenagers and adults who would like to refresh and extend their range of techniques, activities and latest materials.
We believe this refresher course provides an extremely wide range of new ideas which can be taken away and immediately applied to their classroom.

Main objectives of this course:

  • Perfect the participants’ knowledge of Spanish.
  • Deal with the newest methodological and pedagogical issues.
  • Present the latest trends in the use of new technologies applied to the classroom.
  • Provide teachers with tools that help them create bridges of interculturality.
  • Deal in depth with the subjects that involve the most difficulties in linguistic aspects for higher levels.
  • Immerse ourselves in the social and cultural reality of the Hispanic world for their work in the classroom.
  • Reflect on the teaching capacities of assistant teachers and activate them to the maximum.
  • In short, an update of your knowledge and skills, a way to make your Spanish alive, up-to-date and prepared to face any type of situation that may occur in the classroom.

This course is aimed to non-native speakers who have experience in teaching Spanish and hold a teaching qualification from their own country. To take full advantage of the contents covered in it, you need to prove a level of knowledge of the language C1 or C2.
