All our fees are calculated in relation to the number of participants (students + teachers) as requested on the form.
If the number of participants changes after the first offer has been received, the budget may change.
Classes can take place in the mornings or afternoons depending on availability on the dates selected.
Minimum stay: 4 nights / 5 days
Minimum number of classes:  6 hours (60 minutes per class)
16 students maximum per class.

Cancellation policy:

All cancellations must be notified in writing.

Notice of cancellation received:

• Up to 30 days before the group's arrival in Malaga:
  free of charge except for expenses advanced by the school
  for monument reservations etc.
• From 29 to 14 days before the arrival of the group:
  100 € per student cancelled.
• From 13 to 6 days before the arrival of the group:
  150 € per student cancelled.
• Less than 6 days before arrival: no refund.

Registration:

The complete list of students with their personal details (full name, date of birth, list of students sharing accommodation and allergies) must be sent no later than 8 weeks before arrival. The list indicating the student's level of Spanish and requests for preparing the content of the classes must be sent no later than 2 weeks before arrival.

Programme of activities:

Once the budget has been accepted and the list of confirmed participants has been received, the day-by-day programme will be sent to the group leader for approval. We will then proceed with the booking of all contracted services, such as buses, entrance to monuments, attractions, etc. Tickets for some monuments have to be booked months in advance.
All requests for changes in activities must be notified 15 days prior to arrival. We cannot guarantee changes requested less than 2 weeks before the arrival date. In case of variation in the number of students, the added places may not be available.

Insurance:

Our rates do not include travel insurance. We strongly recommend that all groups take out an insurance policy to cover medical expenses, accidents, civil liability, etc.

Host family accommodation:

The distance between the family's home and the school may be longer than usual, ranging from 20 minutes to a maximum of up to 40 minutes walking.
Students from different school groups, of the same or different nationalities, may be accommodated with the same host family. The list of host families with their personal details may be delayed and is not guaranteed to be delivered within two weeks prior to the arrival of the group.

Dietary requirements:

In case a student has specific dietary requirements (celiac, vegan or severe allergies) a supplement of 3€ per day will be charged.

Terms of payments:

A deposit of up to 20% of the total amount is payable at the time of the group booking. The balance is expected two weeks prior to the group's arrival.
